Underwriters/Asset Managers

The Asset Managers originates real-world assets and pledges these to the Issuer in return for financing. For some pools, Asset Managers set-up a dedicated entity structure to act as their issuer. For other pools, an issuer can also have several different Asset Managers originating assets for a Casten pool.

Managers performs requiste due-diligence on the borrowers and facilitates seemless on-boarding of the borrower pool with all the requisite data sets as established by the protocol
